Community partners + donors

We strengthen the space between.

Yoga Mouth creates accessible spaces where young people can practise awareness, connection, boundaries, compassion and self-regulation alongside trained, caring adults.

Why Yoga Mouth exists

Children need somewhere to practise being human.

Yoga Mouth brings evidence-informed mindfulness, movement and social-emotional learning directly into the communities where children live and learn, and does it without asking anyone to adopt another comprehensive system.
