For adults

Company for the chaos of being alive.

One-to-one mindful wellness coaching and mindfulness education, grounded in the same evidence-informed practices we bring into schools. Non-clinical by design, and built to work alongside the care you already have.

Mindfulness is experiencing the world around you with intention. Paying attention and meaning it. Allowing thoughts and feelings to flow along with your breath. It is a sensation of space and peace even under stress.

Mindfulness requires specialized training and discipline. It has the potential to change your entire relationship to your mental health when practiced with joy and community.

This is one-to-one work for grown-ups, separate from our school and community programming. Where our group programs are universal and preventive, this is individual: built around your history, your body and what you are actually working on.

Wellness coaching and mindfulness education are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. We work alongside your doctors and therapists, and we will say so plainly when something belongs with them instead.
